Color-Stable Output Up to 120"

Our roll media is printed in-house using calibrated latex and solvent systems - built for durability, clarity, and color fidelity across indoor and outdoor applications.

  • Latex & Eco-Solvent Ink Sets: Prints are water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and color-stable for many years when laminated, depending on film and media type. Both ink systems are profiled in-house using RIP-managed workflows and calibrated for consistency.
  • Banner Construction & Weld Integrity: We offer a full range of banner finishing options, including heat welding, taped hems, pole pockets, double-sided printing, and optional wind slits.
  • Static Cling Performance: Offered in clear and white film, our static cling stock features high optical clarity and clings reliably on smooth, non-porous surfaces. Clarity index >90% on clear stock. Backed with release liner for plotter cutting.
  • Window Perf & Liner Handling: We print on multiple types of perforated window vinyl, each backed with a solid release liner for clean feed-through and reliable print performance. For best results, we account for material behavior during production to ensure clean edges and consistent output.
  • All flexible media is roll-stocked and ready for finishing: lamination, trimming, grommeting, welding, or kitting by project.

Wrap-Grade Films, Laminates, & Kitting

We stock premium cast and calendered wrap films suitable for full and partial vehicle coverage, printed in-house and kitted to your exact project specs. All wrap media is paired with pressure-sensitive laminates for clean installs and long-term durability.

  • Film Standards: We carry 3M™ and Avery Dennison® wrap-grade vinyl in cast and calendered constructions. Preferred film stock codes are available on request and pre-qualified for consistent ink adhesion and conformability.
  • Paneling & Overlap: Panel tiles are produced with a 0.5" standard overlap unless otherwise specified. Each print is clearly labeled for orientation and install sequence.
  • Lamination & Masking: Gloss or matte laminates are applied with precise alignment and edge control. Pre-mask options available for select graphics requiring transfer.
  • Kit Assembly & Packing: Fleet kits are rolled on labeled cores with directional arrows, project codes, and part IDs. Kits are boxed in neutral cartons and sealed with plain tape unless branded inserts are requested.
  • Blind Shipping: All wrap kits ship white-label with no Starr branding - ready for direct delivery to your shop or install team.
  • All flexible media is roll-stocked and ready for finishing: lamination, trimming, grommeting, welding, or kitting by project.

Material Inventory Management

Core substrates like coroplast, PVC, ACM, vinyl banner, and wrap films are maintained in continuous stock, rotated properly, and stored on-site under controlled conditions. We forecast demand using real job data and maintain direct relationships with multiple regional suppliers within one to two business days of our Western Pennsylvania facility.

For specialty media temporarily out of stock, our team immediately contacts you with matched alternatives.

We offer competitive wholesale pricing that rivals national trade vendors - without compromising craftsmanship. Every order is produced locally, with full quality oversight and rapid response if materials need to be substituted.

From File → Press → Verified Output

Our color workflow is engineered for consistency, brand accuracy, and repeatability across all substrates and devices.

1

Preflight for Precision

Every incoming file is checked for resolution, scale, embedded color profiles, and spot-color declarations. Issues are flagged and corrected before hitting RIP.

2

Daily Calibration

All printers are cleaned and calibrated every morning. This ensures grayscale neutrality and predictable tone curves across substrates.

3

RIP-Driven Consistency

Media-specific ICC profiles are applied through our RIP software, tuned in-house for each substrate we stock. The result: accurate, repeatable color without manual guesswork.
